Accommodation
Up to 5 people can be accommodated in this comfortable 67 m² apartment. The whole house is distributed on one floor, with living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. From the kitchen there is access to a gallery with washing machine and a terrace. The living room has a flat screen TV and a sofa bed. From the living room, you reach a larger terrace, overlooking the garden and the pool This terrace also, like the small terrace, has a manual awning to open against the sun. In addition the accommodation has Wifi, air conditioning, elevator and covered parking space.

Situation
Sueños del Mar II Apartment, is perfectly located a few meters from La Marineta beach and in front of the Denia Marina. The center of Deniase is just 10 minutes walking with a wide range of leisure and gastronomy. There are several places of interest near the apartment, such as the Denia ferry port, the Denia bus station and the "La Sella" golf club. The nearest airport is Alicante, located 106 km from the apartment.

Surroundings
The well-known city of Denia, with 40,000 inhabitants, is well connected. Located between the mountains and the sea, this jewel of the always popular Costa Blanca has lovely fronts and beaches, and there is a wide variety of shops and local markets along with supermarkets for the most basic needs, and a variety of international cuisine if you feel like it something different. The mild climate and its 20 kilometers of sandy beaches and rocky coves make Denia the ideal place for a relaxing family vacation on the beach. Overlooking the picturesque harbor, the walls of Denia Castle, just off the top of the hill, add charm and character to the city that encourages visitors to explore. The ruins house the Archaeological Museum, and Roman artifacts can be found nearby.
Whether for those who prefer sea or mountains, Denia offers a wide variety of outdoor activities for visitors of all ages. The beaches offer water sports, such as sailing, windsurfing, diving, fishing, rowing and swimming. While on land, there is climbing, paragliding, mountain biking and hiking, perfect for exploring the island and seeing the stunning natural environment with your own eyes. The prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella" is only 12 km from the villa, so even beginners may have to try.
