The house of 215 m² and capacity for 7 people, has been renovated with excellent qualities and furnished with design. At the entrance of the house, this beautiful duplex offers a terrace with an outdoor dining table, ideal for eating outside, and a chill out area with sofas. From the terrace, there is direct access to a bright living room with two comfortable sofas and seats, a widescreen Smart TV, air conditioning and free WiFi. This open space communicates directly with the dining area which has a large dining table and dark wood chairs. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee-toaster, kettle and juicer, dishwasher, fridge and a complete kitchenware. The kitchen has access to another small terrace with direct access to the common areas. On this same floor there is also a bathroom with a shower.
The wooden stairs give access to the upper floor where the 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two full bathrooms are located. The master bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third one has three single beds. Both are adjacent to a full bathroom with shower.

The town is 2 kilometers away and the Montgó Natural Park is 5 km away.

My wife and I were there for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year. The location is excellent walking distance to both the supermarket and the beach. The property was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the lounge and outside seating areas were greatsee more
My wife and I were there for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year. The location is excellent walking distance to both the supermarket and the beach. The property was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the lounge and outside seating areas were great. The property is amply supplied with essential equipment in the kitchen. Parking was easy right outside on the street but can’t vouch for what it might be like in Summer. Communication with Andres at the rental company was prompt and very professional. I would say this is good value for money especially if you are a family. Note that there is a bit of road noise from the main road a block away (when you’re sitting outside) and you can hear the neighbors through the walls at night (inside - thin walls). Would we go back? - yes, for sure.
