The two bedrooms have two 90cm beds together, as well as air conditioning and a bathroom inside one of the rooms.
In the corridor next to the rooms we can find a recently renovated bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all kinds of comforts, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
From the spacious living room with fireplace is where we find the best views of the house. From its large windows you can see Denia and its bay perfectly. It also has access to a covered terrace perfect for eating on the mild winter days of the Costa Blanca.
To access the pool we have to go down a staircase that runs through the beautiful garden of the villa, made up of lawns, palm trees and different plants (the plot is fully fenced). In this area we also find a beautiful barbecue that will allow you to enjoy the pool like never before in summer.
It is located 100 m from "El Montgo" natural park, 2 km from "Lidl & Consum" supermarket, 3 km from "La Marineta" sandy beach, 3 km from "Denia" city.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
