Description
Holiday house next to the mountain of Dénia with beautiful panoramic views of Dénia, the port and the sea. The house is on a fenced plot of 800m2 distributed over several levels. The garden consists of palm trees, bougainvilleas, oleanders and other varied plants. From the covered parking you can reach the first level via some steps, where you will find the main entrance of the house, with a living-dining room with TV / SAT and a fireplace for the colder days. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning and fan and sea view, and a single bedroom with sea view, plus there is a bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer and washing machine. The living room has an exit to the glazed furnished terrace, from which you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea. Through an internal staircase you reach the tower room, with two single beds, TV / SAT and fan. This room has an exit to the upper terrace with panoramic views. On the lowest level is the 10x5m pool next to a terrace and a barbecue (according to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1 to October 15). The covered parking is only for the exclusive use of the owner.
Distance to Denia 3.5km, to the beach 3km, bars / restaurants at 2km and supermarkets at 2.6km. Car is needed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Die Lage der Ferienimmobilie ist ausgezeichnet. Die Aussicht vom Pool und dem verglasten Balkon über die Stadt war sehr schön. Die Zimmer, die Matrazen und die Bäder waren absolut sauber.
