Description
Beautiful villa in Denia just 150m from the sea. The 600 m2 plot is fully fenced. The garden has a great variety of plants, palm trees and grass. The pool is 7x4m with a Roman staircase with a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum of 1m and an outdoor shower. The house is accessed through a covered terrace with garden furniture.
Once inside we find the living room with ceiling fan, flat screen satellite TV and fireplace to heat the house in the winter months. Next to the living room is the fully renovated kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, etc.
The house has a double bedroom with 90cm joined beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub in which the washing machine is located. The second bedroom has two 90cm single beds joined together. Both bedrooms with air conditioning. In front of the room is another bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets.
Outside, a spiral stair leads to an upper terrace with incredible views.
Parking is within the plot.
The distance to the beach is 450m. There are also bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the surroundings. The distance to Denia is 8 km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Verbessern kann man immer etwas aber für denn Urlaub im Spätjahr sollte man bessere Betten und auch eine Sofa wo man gut sitzen kann
