The comfort, the proximity of the beach and leisure sites, make this villa an ideal accommodation to spend your holidays with family or friends.

The 290 m² villa in Jávea has capacity for 9 people and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet distributed over 3 levels.
On the main floor, the villa offers a lovely living and dining room where groups and families have enough space to meet and enjoy time together. The spacious living room has sofas to relax, flat screen TV with DVD and free WiFi. From the living room you can access the fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. On this floor there are also three of the five bedrooms: the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom and two rooms with two single beds each, which share a bathroom with shower.
Going up the stairs you access Torreon, where you will find a beautiful room with great views of the sea. On the ground floor there is the last room with two beds and a bathroom at your disposal. And for everyone to have their space in this wonderful house this ground floor also offers a second living room with flat screen TV and a kitchen with cellar. The best, however, awaits us outside where we can enjoy fantastic views, with private pool, garden, terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, outdoor dining area. In addition, Villa Ocena View Cabo la Nao has covered parking where up to 3 cars can park.

The situation is very convenient next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby like "Cala de Ambolo" just 1.9 km away. The nearest sandy beach is the admired "Playa de la Granadella" 5.6 km and the opposite direction "Playa El Arenal" 7 km. Location is fantastic. The whole villa desperately needs updating however it was comfortable enough. The villa definately let’s the property down. It’s a shame but it’s still worth a visit.

We really enjoyed the location and the stay overall. Fantastic view from the all-day sunny terrace with well maintained swimming pool. Walking distance to the small supermarket. At the same place there was nice tennis and padel club with a restaurantsee more
We really enjoyed the location and the stay overall. Fantastic view from the all-day sunny terrace with well maintained swimming pool. Walking distance to the small supermarket. At the same place there was nice tennis and padel club with a restaurant. Some more restaurants were nearby within walking distance but during our stay several of them were still closed (probably Covid reason). The house itself is very nice, well equipped and very spacious. The terrace with the annexed pool house is simply fantastic. We were positively surprised with the ping-pong table present and the access to the 'old' tennis court. The only suggestion we would give: to improve the maintenance of the house and eventually to renew (at least) some of the furniture/equipment. With this small renewal/'refresh' of the house interior the stay would be even more amazing!

Séjour réussi pour toute notre famille avec néanmoins quelques commentaires : le constat général est que la maison se dégrade un peu même si elle reste hyper géniale pour une grande famille qui se réunit. Merci Romy pour votre écoute et à l’agence pour le suivi. 1. Idéalement située, la vue est un facteur décisif dans le choix de cette maison car imprenable et magnifique 2. L’espace Piscine/Barbecue (+ la vue) est vraiment très privilégié même si quelques éclairages y font défaut le soir venant. 3. L’entretien du jardin est inexistant mais quel dommage ! 4. Par contre l’Entretien de la piscine est au top et bien suivi. 5. Wifi de très bonne qualité pour les Télé- travailleurs. Mettre peut être un répétiteur au sous sol car celui ci n’arrive pas jusque la chambre du fond. 6-communication est bien passée avec l’agence très attentive et réactive à nos requêtes et dont l’équipe est sympa. 7.Les points faibles étant à notre avis la plomberie des Salles de Bain un peu vieillissante et en particulier les espaces douches dont la céramique est endommagée 8. Amis des moustiques ! Équipez vous car ils sont petits mais bien présents et tenaces à partir de 17h surtout à l’extérieur et dans la pièce principale et ce malgré tous les appareils branchés. 9. Un calme suffisant pour bien se reposer hormis le bruit des cigales et chaque soir un petit air frais sur la terrasse pour l’apéro 10. Le coin barbecue est aussi bien adapté aux déjeuners extérieurs à l’abris du soleil.
