This bright and cosy ground floor has the capacity to accommodate up to 7 people in its 3 charming bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle bed, while the third has a comfortable single bed with another trundle bed underneath. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. The property is fully air-conditioned with a ducted air conditioning system.
The accommodation design is characterised by its single-level layout, thus offering comfort and accessibility. The house entrance leads to a terrace with a children's area, providing a safe and pleasant space. Additionally, it features a modern fully-equipped American kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washer-dryer and dining area.
