Booking terms and conditions.

By continuing with the reservation, you are accepting the terms and conditions set forth below:



  1. Full payment of the reservation is required in due time and form as indicated when making the reservation.
  2. A cleaning fee will be applied for all stays with the amount indicated when making the reservation.
  3. The damage deposit will be the one indicated in the advertisement and in the price detail of the reservation. This amount will be charged at the time of delivery of the keys and will be returned 48 hours after departure, once it has been verified that everything is in perfect condition.



  1. The cancellation conditions will be established in the reservation conditions of each advertisement
  2. Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may carry additional costs.



  1. Tickets are made from 16pm and the time limit for departure is 11am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and will need to be authorized by the keyholder.
  2. It is completely forbidden to smoke inside the accommodations, as well as to bring pets unless otherwise indicated in the advertisement
  3. The accommodations have a cot and a high chair available on request and may carry additional costs.
  4. Parties and events are not allowed.
  5. Reservations are not allowed for groups of young people under 25 years of age.
  6. It is not allowed to accommodate people who have not been registered on the day of entry.



  1. All accommodations are equipped with sheets and towels, as well as soap, gel, shampoo and toilet paper. Once finished, the company will not be responsible for its replacement and in this case it will be the guest who will have to take responsibility if he wants to buy more.
  2. The supplies are included in the rental price, provided that the opposite is not indicated in the reservation and provided that they are consumed responsibly.
  3. The accommodations have a cot and a high chair available on request and may carry additional costs.
  4. It is important to pay attention to parking areas, nearby recycling areas and to lock the accommodations especially when they are not occupied.
  5. It is the responsibility of the client to comply with the rules of the accommodation, the community and the regulations of each locality.
