Welcome to a fantastic holiday home, recently renovated and fully equipped, located in the iconic residential complex "Los Molinos", an architectural work by the renowned artist César Manrique in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. This accommodation offers the perfect balance between comfort, style and location, ideal for enjoying unforgettable holidays in one of the most attractive areas of the island.

The property, of 50 m², is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, whether adults or families with children. It has a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a common area with a double sofa bed, which allows a functional distribution of space. The bathroom has a modern shower and all the essential elements for your comfort. The American kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, dishwasher, as well as cooking utensils and complete crockery/cutlery.

Regarding entertainment and comfort, the house has two Smart TV televisions, a Bluetooth speaker and WiFi connection, so you can relax as if you were at home. A washing machine is also included along with all necessary textiles: sheets, one set of towels per person and pool towels. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are offered upon request.

The jewel of the property is its spacious private terrace, equipped with sunbeds for sunbathing and a pleasant outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying the Canarian climate all year round. The complex has a spectacular communal swimming pool also designed by César Manrique, in addition to a secondary fenced pool with hours from 8:00 to 18:00, perfect for greater security. There is also a children's park, ideal for the little ones.

Everything is prepared for you to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay with everything you need to feel at home, surrounded by art, nature, and the charm of Lanzarote. We look forward to welcoming you!

The Pure Relax Home house in Costa Teguise is in an ideal location to enjoy the sun and tranquility. You can enjoy its charm with your family since it has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
The living room has a comfortable sofa as well as the basic utensils to have in any living room such as the Smart TV or side table. The house has high speed Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, juicer, mokka coffee maker and toaster. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine, a drying rack and cleaning tools such as a broom, mop, bucket, sink... etc
The bathroom has a shower tray.
It has an interior terrace of 20 m2 and an interior patio of 30 m2.
Surrounding the house you can enjoy the fenced garden that has different orientations and is equipped with hammocks for sunbathing until the last ray of sunlight falls. Between the garden and the house you also have an interior patio if you want the most privacy.

The house is just a few minutes' drive from the most famous beaches of Costa Teguise.
