A second bedroom with double bed (two beds together) and air conditioning.Going up some internal stairs, we reach the first floor where we find the third bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, a terrace, and a complete bathroom with shower.Exterior of the villa: With 924 m2 of plot, the villa has a large parking area and a covered parking space. From the main floor, we access to a covered terrace with an outdoor sofa area where to spend the summer nights in a very relaxed atmosphere and in front of the swimming pool, an outdoor dining area and the beautiful swimming pool with stairs to access to its interior, barbecue and sunbeds area for sunbathing.It is located 100 m from the restaurant, 400 m from the supermarket "Pepe la Sal", 700 m from the sandy beach "Playa Cala Baladrar, Benissa", 2 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 3 km from the town, 92 km from the airport "Aeropuerto de Alicante-Elche" and 126 km from the airport of Valencia.Other facilities:It has garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 40 m² terrace, barbecue, free internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning, private swimming pool, open air parking in the same building, 1 TV, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French). Layout of the villa:
The villa has 120 m2 of living space and is distributed on a single floor. The first thing we find is a small glazed terrace with plenty of natural light, an American fridge with two doors, and connected by an arch, we find the living room with a sofa, TV area and table for lunch and dinner, a bedroom with double bed of 135, a second bedroom with double bed (two single beds together), the third bedroom also has two single mattresses together. A full bathroom with bathtub, a small but well equipped kitchen and central air conditioning throughout the house. From the entrance hall and newly built, we find a complete bathroom with shower and an access to the fourth bedroom, with double bed and large windows with access to the pool and terrace area.
Exterior of the villa:
To access the villa from the street there is a ramp leading to the parking area and a flight of stairs of 22 steps. the covered parking has space for one car.
The swimming pool is in front of the villa and there is a terrace table for outdoor dining, a portable barbecue, a sun lounger area for sunbathing and the swimming pool with metal stairs to access inside.
