The first thing we find when we enter the house is a hall that leads to a large living room with a pellet fireplace, air conditioning, and a living room with sofas to relax with large windows and a very nice light entry all day. An open fully equipped kitchen with exit to the backyard, a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, a first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a third bedroom with two single beds with air conditioning.
Outside of the villa:
With 1.135 m2 of plot the villa has an electric gate that gives access to the plot where you can park several cars inside the enclosure. The swimming pool area is located in front of the house and has a naya with a table for 6 people and garden sofas, a sunbathing area with hammocks, an outdoor shower and a private 8/4 swimming pool with a built-in staircase. Next to the naya there is a built in barbecue with a garden table and behind the villa we will find a washing machine room and where the electric hot water boiler is located.

Quick drive to all local facilities and to the beach. House is spacious and comfortable with everything that one needs for a long term stay. I had two small maintenance issues, which Guzman responded to and rectified quickly.

Tapete von der Decke im Badezimmer löst sich, Risse im Außengrill, Außenmarkise hängt in Streifen.
Leider wurde in der ersten Woche ein Haus gegenüber abgerissen, somit war hier den ganzen Tag Baulärm, Dreck und Staub.
Aber das ist eben so.

De ventilatie van de badkamers is matig. Zeker als het koud is doe je geen raam open waardoor de vochtige lucht lang blijft hangen wat leidt tot schimmelvorming. De koel/vries combinatie in de buitenberging is aan vervanging toe. Omdat er binnen een see more

Las sartenes están muy usadas y se pega la comida, vendría bien reemplazarlas. La mampara de la ducha del baño pequeña se sale del carril. La bañera del baño sería más cómoda de utilizar si tuviera mampara o cortina.
