Charming villa located in the town of Benissa, for 4 people, with privileged views to the sea, where you will enjoy spectacular sunrises, while having breakfast on the terrace of the villa. The port and Les Basetes cove are 300 metres away, where you will find a restaurant with a privileged terrace, on the same shore as the sea and in the sunshine. From the port itself there is an ecological walkway, which runs along the coast, from Calalga cove in Calpe to Pinet cove in Benissa, a distance of about 3 km.
The villa is distributed as follows, Living/Dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with double bed and bathroom, the two bedrooms have access to the terrace, common bathroom and terrace. The villa has two air conditioning units, one in the living / dining room and the other is in the corridor of the rooms with the necessary power to cool the area. The villa is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
It has a garden, garden furniture, 40 m² of terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 TV.
