La piscine ne dispose pas de marche pour descendre. Uniquement une échelle. Les parois de la piscine sont très hautes comparé au niveau de l eau. Cela peut être très compliqué avec des enfants en bas âges ou personnes âgées.

We stayed in Villa Milou for four weeks. Milou is situated not very far from la Fustera beach and the ecological path. The house has a nice view from the balcony where we had breakfast and lunch. The furniture is okay, the beds good. The kitchen is equipped well, everything you need is there. The upstairs bathroom is rather small and a little worn. The third bedroom is at the lowest level which can be reached by the outside stairs. It looks nice and has it's own bathroom, which is big. The outer space is big with more than enough room to lounge and sit. We didn't mind taking food and plates etc. to the dining table there, we ate there almost every evening. We had a very pleasant stay!

Distribution of the villa:
The accommodation has 120 m² of living space which can be accessed by a flight of stairs with about 16 steps. The first thing we find when we enter the house is a hall that leads to a large living room with a pellet fireplace, air conditioning, and a living room with sofas to relax with large windows and a very nice light entry all day. An open fully equipped kitchen with exit to the backyard, a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, a first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a third bedroom with two single beds with air conditioning.
Outside of the villa:
With 1.135 m2 of plot the villa has an electric gate that gives access to the plot where you can park several cars inside the enclosure. The swimming pool area is located in front of the house and has a naya with a table for 6 people and garden sofas, a sunbathing area with hammocks, an outdoor shower and a private 8/4 swimming pool with a built-in staircase. Next to the naya there is a built in barbecue with a garden table and behind the villa we will find a washing machine room and where the electric hot water boiler is located.
It is located 850 m from the supermarket, petrol station and restaurants, 1 km from the beach of La Fustera, 2 km from the yacht club Les Bassetes, 5 km from the natural park Peñón De Ifach, 5 km from the city of Calpe. 8 km from the golf course, 81 km from the airport of Alicante and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.

The beautiful Acaepa villa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Located in the coastal area of Benissa (La Fustera), it is 1km from La Fustera beach, where you can find a lovely beach bar open all year round, a supermarket and a petrol station.
The distribution of the Acaepa villa is as follows: with 122 m2, in the main dwelling you will find a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, living room, modern and fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant terrace that you can use both in summer and winter as it is completely covered. On the upper floor and completely independent with stairs on the outside, is the third bedroom with a comfortable double bed and open views of the mountain and the sea, and a bathroom with shower. The villa was completely renovated in 2019 and both its furniture and bathrooms, kitchen etc, are completely new. It has an air conditioning unit in the living room.
