On the main floor there is a living-dining room with decorative fireplace and air conditioning, a terrace area with beautiful sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is an independent studio with a third bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom with shower.
The whole villa has central heating and free wifi.

The outside area has a nice swimming pool with garden furniture, relax area and beautiful sea views. The villa has parking space for one car inside the outdoor plot.
It is located 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa La Fustera,Benissa", restaurants and supermarket. 4 km from the town of Calpe, 6 km from the golf course "Club de golf Ifach", 30 km from the water park Aqualandia, Benidorm, 33 km from the amusement park Terra Mitica, Benidorm, 83 km from the airport "El Altet Airport, Alicante".

La piscine ne dispose pas de marche pour descendre. Uniquement une échelle. Les parois de la piscine sont très hautes comparé au niveau de l eau. Cela peut être très compliqué avec des enfants en bas âges ou personnes âgées.

Il me semble essentiel d ajouter la climatisation dans la dépendance du bas. La maison est entouré d escaliers, pour des enfants en bas âges c est pas facile. |

We stayed in Villa Milou for four weeks. Milou is situated not very far from la Fustera beach and the ecological path. The house has a nice view from the balcony where we had breakfast and lunch. The furniture is okay, the beds good. The kitchen is equipped well, everything you need is there. The upstairs bathroom is rather small and a little worn. The third bedroom is at the lowest level which can be reached by the outside stairs. It looks nice and has it's own bathroom, which is big. The outer space is big with more than enough room to lounge and sit. We didn't mind taking food and plates etc. to the dining table there, we ate there almost every evening. We had a very pleasant stay!
