The beautiful villa Raphael has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. Located in the heart of Les Basetes and with one of the best views in the area, both of the Peñon de Ifach natural park and Moraira, it is the perfect choice for unforgettable days by the sea.
Layout of the accommodation:
With 300 m² of living space, the villa is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a bright living room with beautiful sea views, a bedroom with queen size bed (two beds together with a total of 160 cm) with access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with double bed (140 cm), en suite bathroom with shower and access to a terrace overlooking the sea.
Going down some beautiful and bright internal stairs we reach the lower floor, where we find a spacious living room with the sea and the sky in the background, a comfortable area with sofas and TV. A dining area with a table for 6 people, a guest toilet, a double bedroom with queen size bed (two beds joined together with a total of 160 cm), access to the main terrace and a large en suite bathroom with bathtub to relax with sea views. On this same floor and next to the dining area, we find a large white kitchen, fully equipped, with a large pantry and exit to a terrace overlooking the sea and the coast of Moraira, with a beautiful wrought iron table for 6 guests where you can have breakfast in an unbeatable setting of absolute relaxation.
Outside the villa:
On the same floor you can access from any room to the main terrace of the villa with outdoor sofa area where you can relax reading a good book, or having your favourite drink. The beautiful pool area has a nice swimming pool with roman steps, outdoor shower, a summer kitchen with ceramic hob, sink, dining table and a portable gas barbecue where you can spend the summer evenings and forget about everything just enjoying the place.
The access to the plot has an electric gate for vehicles and a pedestrian entrance that gives access to a covered parking space for 1 car, (even your car will enjoy the beautiful sea views ;)). Going down you will find, in front of the main entrance, space to park several more vehicles outside and without roof.
It is situated 400 m from the rocky beach "Basetes", 400 m from the restaurant "rte Coral Beach", 1 km from the supermarket "La Fustera", 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa de la Fustera", 4 km from the town "Calpe centro", 4 km from the natural park "Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach", 7 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach" and is located in an ideal area for families.

The location of the villa is very good. Walking distance to bars and a supermarket. Only a 20 minute walk into Calpe itself. Views were incredible.

We spent just over a week at the villa. The views are amazing and it probably undersells its location to the beach, the costal path and 20-30 min walk to Calpe. There are a few restaurants locally Picdor, El Rall, Grizzly’s and Mandala Beach Bar. We see more

There are a few restaurants locally Picdor, El Rall, Grizzly’s and Mandala Beach Bar. We ate at them all and all recommended. We didnt manage to visit the pub near the Fustera Beach or Ocean Club - the latter had limited opening hours.
The accommodation is very good, a great pool, outside kitchen and amazing views. It is on a bit of a hill when walking to and from the villa. The kitchen is well equipped and has lots of appliances etc if needed and the property has a number of different seating/eating areas. The view outside the kitchen for breakfast watching the sunrise is great. |

The main areas to improve would be some international TV channels/ more upto date TVs, the decor and furniture is a bit dated but more than usable - but it’s clean and very well kept. A downstairs shower would have been useful as well.

En las fotografías se enseña la parrilla de la piscina y luego no está disponible. Ganaría mucho el alojamiento si dejaran la rejilla de la barbacoa para poder usarse. Por eso le doy un 4 y no un 5.

Een bad in de badkamer bij de hoofd slaapkamer vinden wij niet meer van deze tijd. Bovendien is de situatie zodanig dat je in het bad niet veilig kunt douchen. Het bad en de marmeren zij zo glad dat wij er slecht eenmaal gebruik van hebben gemaakt.

Limpieza y aire acondicionado en zonas comunes. Si no sopla brisa resulta imposible mantenerse en estos espacios. A nuestra entrada el personal de limpieza todavía estaba y permaneció casi una hora más. El cuarto lavadora sin recoger ni asear.
