We lost all electric to the villa and despite being given an emergency number where we left a message, we had no response. We had to visit the office the next day to report this in person. Even after the electric was connected, no one actually contsee more

Even after the electric was connected, no one actually contacted us to tell us all was ok, again we had to return to the office to learn of the situation and if we could return to the villa. What is the point of an emergency number if no one responds?
We also had issues with the pool pump not working for 2 days. Despite these problems we were happy with the holiday. |
