The villa is distributed on one floor facing south and has 140 m2 of living space: A nice living room divided into two rooms, open kitchen fully equipped, a nice terrace with table for eating. A bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom en suite with shower. A second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. A third bedroom with two single beds. And a complete bathroom with bathtub.
Outside of the villa:
With 760 m2 of plot. The entrance to the plot has an electric gate that leads to a parking area for several cars, a flight of stairs leading to the main house and a small second flight of stairs to access the pool. The pool area has sunbeds, and a pergola with a dining table and barbecue.
It is located 850 m from the supermarket, petrol station and restaurants, 1 km from the sandy beach La Fustera, 4 km from Calpe, 8 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 81 km from the airport Alicante Airport and is located in an ideal area for families and in a residential complex.

Creo que le faltan aparatos de aire acondicionad, porque al estar solo en dos habitaciones en el resto de la casa hace mucho calor y en la 3a. Habitación no se puede dormir.

Mejorar el servicio de atencion una vez estas en la casa. Llamamos para que alguien viniera a decirnos de donde se encendían las luces del cenador de la piscina y aun lo estamos esperando.

The beautiful villa Raphael has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. Located in the heart of Les Basetes and with one of the best views in the area, both of the Peñon de Ifach natural park and Moraira, it is the perfect choice for unforgettable days by the sea.
Layout of the accommodation:
With 300 m² of living space, the villa is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a bright living room with beautiful sea views, a bedroom with queen size bed (two beds together with a total of 160 cm) with access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with double bed (140 cm), en suite bathroom with shower and access to a terrace overlooking the sea.
Going down some beautiful and bright internal stairs we reach the lower floor, where we find a spacious living room with the sea and the sky in the background, a comfortable area with sofas and TV. A dining area with a table for 6 people, a guest toilet, a double bedroom with queen size bed (two beds joined together with a total of 160 cm), access to the main terrace and a large en suite bathroom with bathtub to relax with sea views. On this same floor and next to the dining area, we find a large white kitchen, fully equipped, with a large pantry and exit to a terrace overlooking the sea and the coast of Moraira, with a beautiful wrought iron table for 6 guests where you can have breakfast in an unbeatable setting of absolute relaxation.
Outside the villa:
On the same floor you can access from any room to the main terrace of the villa with outdoor sofa area where you can relax reading a good book, or having your favourite drink. The beautiful pool area has a nice swimming pool with roman steps, outdoor shower, a summer kitchen with ceramic hob, sink, dining table and a portable gas barbecue where you can spend the summer evenings and forget about everything just enjoying the place.
The access to the plot has an electric gate for vehicles and a pedestrian entrance that gives access to a covered parking space for 1 car, (even your car will enjoy the beautiful sea views ;)). Going down you will find, in front of the main entrance, space to park several more vehicles outside and without roof.
It is situated 400 m from the rocky beach "Basetes", 400 m from the restaurant "rte Coral Beach", 1 km from the supermarket "La Fustera", 1 km from the sandy beach "Playa de la Fustera", 4 km from the town "Calpe centro", 4 km from the natural park "Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach", 7 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach" and is located in an ideal area for families.

The charming villa La Perlita in Benissa has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. A beautiful villa with plenty of natural light, spacious and perfect for families who want to enjoy proximity to the sea and all services.
Villa layout:
With 187 m² of living space and beautiful sea views, the villa is distributed over two floors connected by an interior staircase. On the main floor, we find a spacious, very bright living room with a seating area with sofas, decorative fireplace, TV, and an open dining area connected to the kitchen with views and access to the pool and terrace area. A courtesy bathroom with toilet and sink, a double room with two individual beds together, air conditioning, and a full bathroom with an en-suite shower, and a second double room with a large bed with two mattresses together, air conditioning, and a full en-suite bathroom with a Roman bathtub.
Going down a flight of stairs with 16 steps, we reach the lower floor. This floor also has an independent entrance, a laundry room, and a double room with two individual beds together with air conditioning and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Exterior of the villa:
To access the main floor of the villa, you must climb a flight of stairs that leads to one of the villa's terraces with garden sofas to relax outdoors, a table for 6 diners, and a brick barbecue.
