The villa Acacias is located 150 metres from the Pinets cove, one of the most beautiful places on the coast of Benissa. It is perfect for families who wish to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. It has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

With 150 m2 of living space, the villa is distributed on a single floor which is accessed through the beautiful garden. Inside there is a pleasant living-dining room with a round table for 6 people, a sofa area, TV, air conditioning, and a kitchen open to the living room that can be separated by original glass doors. On one side of the living room there is a large bedroom with a double waterbed, air conditioning, en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and an area for the wardrobe and access to the terrace. At the other end of the house, we find a full bathroom with bathtub, a room with a single bed and air conditioning, a room with two single beds together and air conditioning, a small wc with washbasin, and the fourth room with a single bed and air conditioning.

With a plot of 1,091 m2, the villa Acacias has a beautiful garden with natural grass, a lovely swimming pool and a covered terrace with a table for outdoor dining. At the back of the villa there is a small summer kitchen with a sink and benches.
It is located 6 m from the town "Calpe", 150 m from the rocky beach "cala Pinets", 400 m from the restaurant, 2 km from the sandy beach "La Fustera", 2 km from the supermarket, 6 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.

The Villa we stayed in has a lovely garden but could benefit from a little updating in terms of facilities and technology - the new bed was extremely hard although this is a matter of personal choice and others may prefer this

Las rejillas de alrededor de la piscina había algunas rotas y nos podíamos cortar.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist ein Traum, und man schwimmt im wieder in einem Duft von Jasmin, der von der langen Hecke kommt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen.

Dass das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer ein Wasserbett hat, war in der deutschen Beschreibung nicht angegeben. Wir waren daher enttäuscht, den auf dem Bett konnten wir beim besten Willen nicht schlafen, und so konnten wir dieses schöne Schlafzimmer nicht see more
Dass das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer ein Wasserbett hat, war in der deutschen Beschreibung nicht angegeben. Wir waren daher enttäuscht, den auf dem Bett konnten wir beim besten Willen nicht schlafen, und so konnten wir dieses schöne Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen. Auch die Geräusche der Haustechnik, die aus der darunter liegenden Garage in diesem Schlafzimmer zu hören waren, waren sehr störend. Wir sind dann in ein kleineres Schlafzimmer gezogen. Auch die Möglichkeit, Netflix und anderssprachige Sender als spanische oder französische zu empfangen, sollte in der heutigen Zeit möglich sein.
