In the back of the villa and near the pool is the built-in barbecue, a laundry room, a bathroom with a bathtub, a small fridge, a gas summer kitchen, with an oven, and a large table to be able to enjoy with the whole family, a really nice area to enjoy all day outside the villa.
Close to La Fustera beach, a sandy beach with a peculiar charm where you will find a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the beach. You will also find an ecological walk that runs from the cove of the cove in Calpe to the cove Pinet in Benissa with a distance of about 3 km and which passes through the port of les Basetes where you will find a restaurant with a privileged terrace on the same shore from the sea and sunny and where you can enjoy a variety of water sports. 6 km away is the Peñón de Ifach natural park with 45 hectares and a height of 332 m, which can be accessed by a path. At its feet we have the cove El Racó where the príncipe de Asturias walk begins with a length of 1km one way and another one turns, bordering part of Peñón de Ifach.

The first thing we find is a small glazed terrace with plenty of natural light, an American fridge with two doors, and connected by an arch, we find the living room with a sofa, TV area and table for lunch and dinner, a bedroom with double bed of 135, a second bedroom with double bed (two single beds together), the third bedroom also has two single mattresses together.
