The third bedroom has a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a large terrace with sea views. The fourth room has two single beds, air conditioning, and a lovely terrace with sea views.
The entire villa has free internet access (wifi).

At the main entrance to the plot, you will find an electric gate that provides access to an outdoor parking area for three cars. In addition, it has a closed garage space with capacity for two cars. From the living room, you will access the terrace with a private pool and dining area with a nice gas barbecue, sun loungers and beautiful sea views.
It is located 1.7 km from Cala Pinets, 2.2 km from the supermarket and restaurants, 2.5 km from the sandy cove "Cala Fustera", 6 km from Calpe, 8 km from the Golf course, 93 km from Alicante airport.

Der moderne Baustil und die Einrichtung sind sehr schön. In der Küche fehlt nichts, was man fürs "normale" Kochen benötigt. Alle Räume sind zweckmässig eingerichtet - vom Wohnbereich bis zu den Badezimmern. Ein tolles Haus für entspannte Ferien.

Die Baustelle im Nachbargrundstück würde ich erwähnen. Uns hat es nicht gestört aber vielleicht gibt es andere Urlauber die sehr lärmempfindlich sind. |

The villa Berg in Benissa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. A comfortable and quiet villa with all the comforts, located in a residential area and ideal for families.
Layout of the villa:
The villa has 120 m2 of living space and is distributed on a single floor. The first thing we find is a small glazed terrace with plenty of natural light, an American fridge with two doors, and connected by an arch, we find the living room with a sofa, TV area and table for lunch and dinner, a bedroom with double bed of 135, a second bedroom with double bed (two single beds together), the third bedroom also has two single mattresses together. A full bathroom with bathtub, a small but well equipped kitchen and central air conditioning throughout the house.
