With 145 m², the villa is distributed over two floors connected on the inside by a flight of steps of 8 steps. On the first floor, accessed by a flight of two steps, there is a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a second bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a living room with decorative fireplace and air conditioning. Going up the internal stairs we reach the upper floor which has a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Exterior of the accommodation:
With 900 m2 of plot the villa has a swimming pool with beautiful open views to the sea and stairs to access inside, a hammock area for sunbathing, a covered terrace with a table to eat and dine outside, and a portable BBQ.
The villa has an outdoor but private parking area for 2 cars.
It is located 2 km from the rocky beach "Cala del Moraig", 3 km from the supermarket "Pepe la Sal Cumbre del Sol", 3 km from the restaurant, 5 km from the town "Benitachell", 6 km from the town "Moraira", 6 km from the sandy beach "Playa del Portet", 15 km from our office, and it is located in an ideal area for families and inside an urbanization.

It has garden furniture, a terrace, a barbecue, an iron, free internet access (wifi), heating (heat pump), air conditioning throughout the whole accommodation, a private swimming pool, open-air parking in the same building, and 1 TV.
