With 290 m2 of living space, the villa is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor there is a living-dining room divided into two areas, a sofa area, television, decorative fireplace, and a dining area next to the fully equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a glazed terrace overlooking the pool.
On the upper floor, up a flight of 7 steps, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed. A second flight of stairs with about 10 steps leads to a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and the fifth bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.
The entire house has central heating.

With an 800 m² plot, the villa has space to park two vehicles inside. The plot has six steps leading down to the pool area. The barbecue is built-in, covered with a dining table, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and an 8/4 swimming pool with metal steps for access.
It is located 1 km from the supermarket, 1 km from the sandy beach of La Fustera, 4 km from the town of Calpe, 7 km from the Ifach golf course, 81 km from Alicante airport, and is located in an ideal area for families within a residential development.

Hemos ido 2 familias y genial... Teníamos un piso para cada familia que eso está muy bien. Barbacoa para hacer comidas en la zona de la piscina, todo tipo de utensilios y vajilla.... Todo muy limpio y la atención de la agencia muy bien...

Desde el trato con la agencia, hasta la casa en general ha sido de 10
La casa está genial, es muy grande, tanto por dentro como por fuera.
En la cocina no falta de nada, hay un armario enorme con todo tipo de menaje.

Las habitaciones son grandes, colchones y almohadas cómodos, y muy importante SI hay mosquiteras!! En el exterior una piscina privada genial, con 10 hamacas, y zona de barbacoa. Tiene muchas plantas y todo está muy bien cuidado. Para llegar a la playa de Calpe hay que ir en coche, muy fácil aparcar!! Pero existen calas pequeñas muy chulas a las que puedes ir andando. Nosotros al ir con niños era imposible!! Aceptan mascotas por 50€ Y no cobran fianza a las familias Muchas gracias por todo!! Repetiríamos sin duda. |

The beautiful villa Arc in Benissa has 6 bedrooms and capacity for 12 people. A unique villa for its large capacity, proximity to the beaches and the centre of Moraira. A villa with all the Mediterranean charm and completely refurbished, to enjoy a few days of authentic relaxation.

Arc is distributed in 200 m² as follows: divided into two independent floors and not communicated by the interior, only by the exterior of the house.

From the main floor there is access to the swimming pool which has stairs to access inside, a sunbeds area and table with umbrella to eat or dine outdoors and outdoor shower with hot water from solar energy. From the pool you can enjoy beautiful sea views with total independence and privacy.
The plot has a shaded parking space and space for 3 vehicles in the open air, but inside the plot.
