Description
Beautiful house located on a fenced land of 600m2 just 3km from the beach. The villa has a well-kept garden with grass, palm trees, shrubs, etc. In the center of the garden is the 8x4m swimming pool with Roman steps, a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 1.20m, an outdoor shower, barbecue and a terrace. The lower floor of the house is the one for rent, which is accessed through the door that faces the pool. The upper part of the house will remain closed as will the garage.
The house is distributed as follows: from the entrance you reach a spacious living-dining room, which acts as the house's distributor (it has a TV-SAT.) Next we find the modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven , ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, kettle and fridge with small freezer. Finally we find the rooms, both with double beds, fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets.
There is space for parking the vehicle on the same street, the garage is not usable. The distance to the city is 1.3km, to supermarkets 700m, to bars / restaurants 2km. It is advisable to have a car. Pets not allowed
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
