The villa Mario in Benissa has 6 bedrooms and capacity for 12 people. A magnificent villa perfectly equipped to enjoy a few days of incomparable relaxation. Located in one of the best areas of the coast of Benissa and perfect for families who wish to relax in a very quiet environment.

With 360 m², and beautiful sea views, the house is distributed in two independent floors communicated by a wide and comfortable exterior staircase. On the first or main floor, we find a new and fully equipped kitchen that leads to the living-dining room and TV area with sofa, air conditioning and access to a large terrace with a table for 12 people and beautiful sea views. On the same floor we find a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, tv and air conditioning, a second bedroom with tv, air conditioning and two single beds. A third bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, tv and air conditioning and a fourth bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and tv.
On the lower floor we find the second flat with an open plan living room, with sofa and large tv, air conditioning, table and a fully equipped kitchenette. A bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.
Exterior of the accommodation:
With 1,144 m2 of plot, the villa has several terraces for al fresco dining and dining. From the top floor terrace, a spiral staircase leads to a lovely solarium with outdoor sofas to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views from a private and very quiet spot, perfect for summer evenings. The pool area has sun loungers for sunbathing, outdoor shower, and a covered porch. Gas barbecue and ample outdoor space for several vehicles inside the plot.
It is located 150 m from the rocky beach ‘Cala Pinets’, 2 km from the supermarket ‘Super La Fustera’, 2 km from the restaurant, 2 km from the sandy beach ‘Playa de Fustera’, 6 km from the golf course ‘Club de Golf Ifach’, 6 km from the town ‘Calpe’.

Fantastic villa, great location as you can walk around the coastal path to Cala Fustera where there are a couple of restaurants. The villa is spacious and split across 2 levels. It's a shame that the lower floor has not been renovated to the same standard + style as the upper floor, but it's still a great villa overall, amazing views and quiet location. I have rebooked for next year!

There are no mirrors in any of the 6 bedrooms so eveyone is squeezing into the bathrooms to all get ready- this could easilly be changed quickly.
I couldn't find any blankets/quilts for the bed- the nights were cooler so access to extra bedding is nsee more

From the main floor there is access to the swimming pool which has stairs to access inside, a sunbeds area and table with umbrella to eat or dine outdoors and outdoor shower with hot water from solar energy. From the pool you can enjoy beautiful sea views with total independence and privacy.
The plot has a shaded parking space and space for 3 vehicles in the open air, but inside the plot.
