The Pura Vida villa in Moraira has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 7 people. A perfect villa for families who want to rest and enjoy its beautiful exterior and private pool.
Distribution of the villa:
The accommodation has 152 m² distributed on two independent floors and connected by an external staircase. On the main floor, we find an airconditioned "Ibiza Style" living room, dining room and kitchen, all open. A nice porch with a seating area, a bathroom with a shower, a double room with a 180/200 cm bed and air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a second bedroom with a single bed and a very special bunk bed because the The bottom bed is a double mattress, and the one above it is a single mattress, for a total of 4 places, and with air conditioning.
Going up external stairs and completely independent, we find a double room with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The bedroom also offers a nice terrace with two armchairs and a small table where you can chat on summer nights ;)
The villa has Internet through 300 MB fiber optics, which allows an excellent upload and download speed.
Exterior of the villa:
With a 1200 m2 plot, the villa offers space to park about 3 cars indoors and outdoors. It has several outdoor spaces that are designed to fully enjoy them. To go to the pool area from the main floor you have to go down 9 steps and you will find an 8/4 pool with built-in stairs to access its interior, an exterior bliss, a hammock area for sunbathing, a nice bed Balinese and different corners of relaxation. A very pleasant covered brick barbecue area with sink, gas auxiliary kitchen and table for lunch or dinner outside and facing the pool, a real pleasure!
It is located 1 km from the supermarket, 2 km from Cala L'Andragó, 2 km from the city of Moraira, 3 km from the "Club de Golf Ifach Golf Course, 94 km from the airport and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.

Para ser Diciembre ha hecho un tiempo maravilloso y aunque el agua de la piscina estaba helada nos hemos metido. La casa ha cubierto nuestra expectativas. Volveremos a la zona , pero en invierno.
