A fully equipped and independent kitchen with a small laundry room. A complete bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and airco and a second bedroom with double bed and airco. Going up the internal stairs, we access the main bedroom of the villa with double bed, full bathroom, air conditioning and a nice private terrace where to relax on a nice evening.

With 700 m2 of plot, La Rocalla has a private outdoor parking area with a motorized gate to park a vehicle inside.
In front of the living room, we find a pleasant and beautiful covered terrace with a table for 6 people, a garden sofa area and in front of it, the swimming pool of clear water with beach type stairs to enjoy a relaxing bath. The pool is salt water, a system to maintain the quality of the water and the skin in a healthier way. A hammock area for sunbathing, and a garden with a beautiful rockery that gives its name to the beautiful villa.
