On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with double box-spring bed (180cm/200cm) and air conditioning, another bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and air conditioning, a cosy living room with air conditioning and TV with Chromecast for entertainment, dining table for six people, a fully equipped gas kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and whirlpool, and access to a spacious roof terrace.
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two 80cm/200cm box-spring beds and ceiling fan, another bedroom with a 90cm/190cm box-spring bed and ceiling fan, a third bedroom with double box-spring bed (2 inseparable 80cm/200cm mattresses), ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with rain shower, Living room with air conditioning and a second TV with Chromecast for more entertainment options, dining table for six, another fully equipped gas kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and a bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
Outside the villa:
In the outdoor area with 854 m² of land, you can relax under a pretty awning, next to a long dining table for up to 10 people, a refreshing private pool, seating areas with sun loungers and poufs and a gas barbecue for al fresco dining.

The outside area and barbeque seating area were absolutely brilliant. A great place to socialise. The villa was large, clean and had great airconditioning upstairs and in the kitchen downstairs (which was unexpected here).

It's worth noting that the link between upstairs and down is an external staircase with two lockable doors at either end. If travelling with young children, understand that they will not be able to walk from one area to the other without going outsidsee more

The villa Andurina in Moraira is a large Spanish-Mediterranean style villa for up to 10 people. Its ample spaces, perfect orientation and proximity to the town of Moraira and the beach, make this villa a great opportunity to enjoy a holiday with everything you could wish for, leisure, relaxation, good gastronomy within walking distance and everything you could need during your stay, you will have it in the villa Andurina.
Distribution of the villa:
With 150 m² of living space and with a typical Spanish Mediterranean decoration, The villa is distributed as follows: A main floor with a spacious, fully equipped and independent kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to one of the bedrooms with a single bed and an en suite bathroom with a small bathtub. A spacious living/dining room with decorative fireplace, air conditioning, a sofa area and dining area. From the living room there is access to the second single bedroom, with a 90/190cm bed. A corridor from the lounge leads to a guest cloakroom with WC and washbasin only, a third bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Going up some internal stairs we access the upper floor, where we find a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a sixth bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.
Outside the villa:
Situated 50 metres from the water, with sea views, lots of light, sun all day and with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea, the plot has a parking area for cars (3 cars approx) within the outdoor plot.
Around the villa, you can enjoy a large plot with fruit trees such as lemon and fig trees, and a covered terrace with a table to eat outside, a sunbathing area in front of the pool and a barbecue with a small garden table.
It is located in front of a beautiful restaurant where you can taste typical dishes of the area including good rice dishes (Amantes de Moraira restaurant), 700m from the sandy beach ‘Playa L'Ampolla, Moraira’, 700 m from the town ‘Moraira’, 1 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the golf course ‘Club de Golf Ifach’, 92 km from the airport ‘Alicante Airport’ and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
