It is ideally located in a quiet and child-friendly neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from Javea's sandy Arenal beach and all services, including bars, restaurants, and activities.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed and the third has a trundle bed.. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The entire stay is distributed on one level, and also offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The spacious living room has a dining table and comfortable sofa, flat screen satellite TV, free WiFi and double doors that open onto a wonderful large terrace with a dining table and a relaxation area.
In the common parts of the residence there is the garden with a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children.
