It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Arenal de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.

This comfortable, spacious and bright apartment with solarium has 143m². The apartment with capacity for 6 people has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped.
On the main floor where the entire dwelling is distributed, there is a spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, large wooden dining table with chairs, free WiFi and large windows that open to a beautiful covered terrace with an outdoor dining table. The independent kitchen, with exit also to the terrace, is fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water heater, juicer and plates and bowls. Additionally, the apartment offers three beautiful rooms, one of them with two individual beds together and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two rooms have two individual beds each and are next to another complete bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning and heat through ducts and exit to the terrace. From the living room, you can access the solarium via a spiral staircase with beautiful mountain views.

The old town of Jávea is 3 km away and the airport "ALC" is 101 km away.

Apartment was lovely, bright, clean and spacious and in a fabulous location. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Parking available on the street. Sports facilities were great and the pool looked nice but we didn't use it as it was too cold. Hisee more

Nos alojamos en el apartamento Arenal Park II en Jávea y no podemos estar más satisfechos. El piso es simplemente genial. Lo primero que notamos al llegar es que las fotos no le hacen justicia es muchísimo más luminoso y amplio de lo que esperábamos.see more
Nos alojamos en el apartamento Arenal Park II en Jávea y no podemos estar más satisfechos. El piso es simplemente genial. Lo primero que notamos al llegar es que las fotos no le hacen justicia es muchísimo más luminoso y amplio de lo que esperábamos. Es un lugar ideal para ir con la familia gracias a su comodidad y a su diseño bien pensado.
Los colchones son muy buenos, lo que garantiza un descanso reparador, y cuenta con dos baños grandes que facilitan mucho la estancia, especialmente si viajas con niños o varias personas. La terraza es otro de sus puntos fuertes: muy amplia y tranquila, perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar de las noches de verano. La ubicación también es perfecta, a unos metros de la playa del arenal pero con salida directa también al paseo que te lleva al puerto. En resumen, recomendamos este apartamento al 100%. ¡Definitivamente volveremos! |
