La avenida para acceder a la urbanización tenía muchas flores caídas de los árboles que se pegaban a las chanclas y los zapatos. El cepillo podría haber sido mejor, pero bueno se pudo barrer bien. Por lo demás un 10.

Magnificent duplex apartment with two terraces, air conditioning throughout the accommodation and free wifi connection. It is located in the Mediterráneo residence, a quiet family urbanisation that offers a communal swimming pool for adults and children. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy Playa del Arenal just a 5-minute walk away, with all services, restaurants, shops and leisure areas within a short distance.
Accommodation
This spacious and bright apartment has 115 m² and capacity for up to 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, distributed over two floors, offering plenty of space and comfort to enjoy a family holiday.
Upon entering the dwelling, we find an entrance hall that leads to the different rooms on the ground floor. On this floor there is an independent kitchen, fully equipped, a practical toilet and a spacious, very bright living-dining room, with a seating area and dining area. From the living room, you have direct access to a pleasant private terrace with an awning, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing during your stay.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace that provides pleasant natural light to the room.
