This comfortable, modern and bright duplex apartment has 141 m² and is located on the 2nd floor. It has marble floors and is furnished to a very high standard. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and capacity for 6 people.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. On this floor is the spacious living and dining room with comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a large south-facing terrace. There is also a double room and a bathroom.
A beautiful open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor which consists of a spacious master bedroom with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with a large double bed and another bathroom with shower. Both rooms have access to a private south-facing terrace and there is also a chill-out terrace at the back of the property.
