The house, distributed on one level, has 3 beautiful bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, accommodating up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terrace: the second bedroom has two single beds and the third has a practical bunk bed. The apartment also offers a modern and fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and plates and bowls. The tastefully decorated living room has a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, free WiFi, air conditioning (living room only) and double doors opening onto a wonderful terrace. On the terrace we can enjoy a large dining table and wonderful views of the pool, the sea and the mountains. In the common areas of the urbanization you can enjoy an impressive garden with grass, a children's area and a large swimming pool, fenced and with a children's area.
