At the back, the living room offers a sofa, additional seating, and a Smart TV, with direct access to a second terrace that directly connects to the communal swimming pool. The town is located 2 kilometres away and 5 km from the Montgó Natural Park, 54 km from the "Terra Mítica" theme park, 99 km from "El Altet Alicante" airport. It is located in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.
