The villa features a large front terrace equipped with a ping-pong table, foosball table, pool table, and two bicycles, all exclusively for guests' use. The independent entrance ensures total privacy. At the back, you'll find another terrace with sofas, hammocks, and a large outdoor pool. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. This area also includes an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a dining area, a 32-inch TV, and a music zone.
Interior:
On the ground floor of Villa Serenity, you'll find spaces designed for your comfort and enjoyment. The tastefully decorated living room features a 75-inch smart TV and high-speed WiFi. The large windows open onto the pool area, offering a direct connection to the outdoors and filling the space with natural light.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all necessary kitchenware to prepare delicious meals. Next to the kitchen, there is a convenient service toilet.
The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a click-clack sofa bed, air conditioning, a double bed, and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two 90 cm beds, a desk, an exterior window, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe. The third bedroom also has two separate beds, a desk, a wardrobe, and air conditioning.
Between the two bedrooms with 90 cm beds, there is another full bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Additionally, guests have access to a laundry room with an iron and ironing board.
Upstairs, you'll find the fourth and fifth bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a 90 cm bed, a wardrobe, a mirror, and an exterior window. The fifth bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. This room has access to a large exterior terrace, partially covered and partially open, ideal for sunbathing. The terrace is equipped with sofas and offers a beautiful view of Playa Blanca.
A crib is available upon request. A set of towels is provided for each guest, along with pool towels and bed linens.

The villa is well equipped with everything you could possibly need we were 3 families ranging from 1year to 60 and everyone was catered for - the addition of 2 bikes and the table tennis and pool table are a welcome addition- Lidl is a ten minute walsee more
The villa is well equipped with everything you could possibly need we were 3 families ranging from 1year to 60 and everyone was catered for - the addition of 2 bikes and the table tennis and pool table are a welcome addition- Lidl is a ten minute walk away and there is a small shop just across the road which stocks all the basics - also there is a whole sale shop like Costco just opposite which anyone can use selling most things cheaply. Local taxis are prompt and reasonable but we often had to order 3 as they mostly have a max 4 person rule - no problem though as 3-4 euros and 5 minutes to playa blanca centre and 5-6 euros 10 mins to the marina. We had a minor problem with a door lock resolved by lanzarote vacation homes immediately- also the communication and customer service from Lanzarote vacation homes was excellent from initial enquiry, booking and resort support 10/10

The blind in the small room upstairs doesn’t cover the whole window and therefore light comes in - could improve the experience if addressed- also the football table which is the first thing you see on arrival is rusty and unusable- would be a bettersee more
