Casa Lava and Sea has it all: large spaces, both outside and inside, to guarantee privacy and comfort to every guest; a large private pool with solarium area, equipped with sun loungers for everyone; views that will make you fall in love with the island and that you will never forget.

The layout of the house is perfect to meet the needs of any traveler. It has 3 bedrooms, two of which are doubles and with en-suite bathrooms, and one with single beds. There is also another bathroom near the living room, equipped with a shower, bathtub and bidet. A set of sheets and bath towels are provided per person, as well as beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to manage your daily life during your vacation: it features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, a large refrigerator with freezer, utensils and kitchenware, so that you don't have to worry about anything. You will also find some cleaning products under the sink.

The best thing about Casa Lava and Sea is undoubtedly its private pool with views of Playa Blanca, the surrounding mountains and the sea. From the terrace of the house you can enjoy incredible sunsets, refreshing baths and delicious barbecues to enjoy outdoors.

Welcome to the spectacular Villa Serenity, located in idyllic Playa Blanca. This vacation home offers a luxurious and comfortable environment, ideal for enjoying an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.

Exterior:
The villa features a large front terrace equipped with a ping-pong table, foosball table, pool table, and two bicycles, all exclusively for guests' use. The independent entrance ensures total privacy. At the back, you'll find another terrace with sofas, hammocks, and a large outdoor pool. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. This area also includes an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a dining area, a 32-inch TV, and a music zone.

Interior:
On the ground floor of Villa Serenity, you'll find spaces designed for your comfort and enjoyment. The tastefully decorated living room features a 75-inch smart TV and high-speed WiFi. The large windows open onto the pool area, offering a direct connection to the outdoors and filling the space with natural light.

The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all necessary kitchenware to prepare delicious meals. Next to the kitchen, there is a convenient service toilet.

The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a click-clack sofa bed, air conditioning, a double bed, and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two 90 cm beds, a desk, an exterior window, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe. The third bedroom also has two separate beds, a desk, a wardrobe, and air conditioning.

Between the two bedrooms with 90 cm beds, there is another full bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Additionally, guests have access to a laundry room with an iron and ironing board.

Upstairs, you'll find the fourth and fifth bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a 90 cm bed, a wardrobe, a mirror, and an exterior window. The fifth bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. This room has access to a large exterior terrace, partially covered and partially open, ideal for sunbathing. The terrace is equipped with sofas and offers a beautiful view of Playa Blanca.

A crib is available upon request. A set of towels is provided for each guest, along with pool towels and bed linens.
