The Accommodation
The 252 m² dwelling with capacity for 8 people features a living-dining room, open-plan kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet, all distributed across three floors with spacious and bright rooms.
On the main floor, the villa offers a bright living room with a large sofa for relaxing, air conditioning through ducts, Smart TV and free WiFi. The large windows of the living room lead to a fantastic terrace with a private pool, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, sun loungers, chill-out zone and incredible sea views. Next to the living room, the open space leads to an elegant wooden dining table and the kitchen with an American bar, which is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, complete crockery and kitchen utensils.
On the upper floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have Queen Size beds and the master bedroom has a King Size bed.
