The villa has a large terrace with that and chairs for dining and eating outside under cover, a sun lounger area for sunbathing and a nice pool with comfortable stairs to access inside, and the element that gives name to the villa, the nice waterfall, which decorates and makes special the whole pool area. A gas barbecue and outdoor shower for the pool.
The villa has a solarium terrace and several parking spaces inside, as well as a closed garage.
