The Accommodation
The 207 ² house with capacity for 8 people has a living room, a kitchenette, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 2 toilets, all distributed over two floors and with spacious and bright rooms.
On the main floor, which is accessed directly from the street, the villa offers a bright living room with a large modular sofa to relax on, air conditioning, Smart TV and free WiFi. The large windows in the living room give access to a wonderful terrace with a hammock, chairs and sea views, from which you go up to the wonderful solarium with a chill out area with a Balinese bed and incredible views. Next to the living room, the open space gives way to an elegant wooden dining table and the kitchen with a breakfast bar, which is fully equipped with induction, microwave, oven, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and kitchen utensils. On this same floor there is one of the toilets and a double room with an en-suite bathroom. The second toilet and the other three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite, are located on the lower floor. All bedrooms have queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.
On this lower level you can enjoy a colorful lounge with direct access to the wonderful exterior of the villa, with a garden, private pool, outdoor shower, patio, sun loungers, gas barbecue and outside dining area. It has several services in the surroundings, including the well-known restaurant Restaurante "Mirador de Jávea" at 1 kilometer and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" at 700m. Although supermarkets and restaurants can be found around, the Arenal area of Jávea is only 6 kilometers away, which has the only Arena de Jávea beach and numerous services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The "ALC" airport is 100 km away. It is advisable to have a car to move around the area.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit reichlich Platz und guter Ausstattung. Der Pool ist toll, ebenso die ausreichend vorhandenen und schön eingerichtet Schlafzimmer, Aufenthaltsräume und die obere Terrasse mit einem beeindruckenden Ausblick.

The villa, with capacity for 8 people, is ideal for families looking to enjoy a relaxed vacation on the Mediterranean coast. With spacious, well-distributed spaces and exceptional outdoor areas, this property offers all the amenities for an unforgettable stay.
The Accommodation
The 285 m² house has a living room, separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one en suite) and a living room with TV, all distributed over two floors with spacious, bright and well ventilated rooms.
On the main floor, which is accessed directly from the street, there is a spacious and comfortable living room with a closed gallery, perfect for relaxing at any time of the year. It has air conditioning, Smart TV, free WiFi and large windows that provide natural light. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and all the necessary utensils.
