The Accommodation
The 252 m² housing with capacity for 8 people has a living-dining room, open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, all distributed across four floors and with spacious and bright rooms.
On the main floor, the villa offers a bright living room with a spacious sofa for relaxing, ducted air conditioning, Smart TV, and free WiFi. The large windows of the living room lead to a stunning terrace with a private pool, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, sun loungers, chill-out zone, and incredible sea views. Next to the living room, the open space leads to an elegant wooden dining table and the kitchen with an American bar, which is fully equipped with induction, microwave, oven, dishwasher, complete tableware, and cooking utensils.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with Queen Size beds and a shared bathroom with a shower. From these two spacious bedrooms, you can access a terrace with hammocks to relax outdoors.
On the third floor, you will find the master bedroom with a King Size bed. Additionally, this room features a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and Cape of Nao in Jávea.

The villa, with capacity for 8 people, is ideal for families looking to enjoy a relaxed vacation on the Mediterranean coast. With spacious, well-distributed spaces and exceptional outdoor areas, this property offers all the amenities for an unforgettable stay.
The Accommodation
The 285 m² house has a living room, separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one en suite) and a living room with TV, all distributed over two floors with spacious, bright and well ventilated rooms.
On the main floor, which is accessed directly from the street, there is a spacious and comfortable living room with a closed gallery, perfect for relaxing at any time of the year. It has air conditioning, Smart TV, free WiFi and large windows that provide natural light. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and all the necessary utensils.
