This comfortable, modern and bright apartment has 102 m² and is decorated with an exclusive design. This spacious apartment has 3 beautiful bedrooms accommodating up to 7 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, and the third has a trundle bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The entire stay is distributed on a single level, and also offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer and plates and bowls. The spacious living room has a dining table and a comfortable sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a wonderful large terrace with a dining table and a relaxation area.
In the common areas of the residence, there is a garden with a large pool for adults and a smaller one for children.

The property is strategically located just 10 minutes walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Playa del Arenal, as well as in proximity to the Port, the charming town of Jávea and a wide range of services. Additionally, it is 300 metres from the rocky beach of Playa Montañar, 500 metres from the Mercadona supermarket, 2.3 km from Jávea bus station, 6 kilometres from the Jávea Golf Club and 51 kilometres from the Terra Mítica theme park. The house is located in a child-friendly neighbourhood, next to the sea.

Environment
On the beautiful Mediterranean coast, the city of Jávea is a pleasant place that delights visitors of the Costa Blanca with its lively marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sports activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf tennis, even hiking up to Montgó. The sea is of great importance in Jávea, and its excellent restaurants make the most of it by serving fish dishes prepared by experts with the best of the day's catch. Accommodation
This spacious 125 m² duplex offers space, design and comfort for up to 8 people. Distributed over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two private terraces. It has been recently renovated with excellent qualities and a current, functional and carefully designed decoration.
On the main floor there are three bedrooms: one with a 140x200 bed and two with double beds of 160x200, all with ceiling fans and wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. On this same floor there is another complete bathroom with shower and a modern open-plan kitchen with induction hob, which is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer and all necessary utensils.
