This attractive and bright apartment, carefully decorated, has 119 m² and is divided into 3 levels. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet and capacity to accommodate up to 8 people.
On the main floor is a stylish living-dining room with two sofas, free WiFi, Smart TV and double doors that open to a beautiful terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. The semi-open concept living room has a wooden dining table that communicates with the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer and plates and bowls. The establishment is located just 5 minutes walking from the Arenal area where the only sandy beach of Jávea "Playa del Arenal" is located, and all services, such as beach bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Even closer, just 350m away, is the rocky beach "Playa Montañar I", with bathing areas and the seafront promenade that reaches the Port. The old town of Jávea is 3 km away and the airport "ALC" is 101 km away.

On the ground floor is a spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas, free WiFi and double doors that open to a large terrace with direct access to the garden and the communal swimming pool. Situation
The establishment is located just 20 m from the rocky beach "Playa Segon Muntanya" and 200 m from the sandy beach of Playa del Arenal. It is also close to all services such as supermarkets, bars, beach bars, a post office, a pharmacy, several banks and shops. A three-minute walk will take you to the nearest large supermarket. The attractive port and old town of Javea are about 3 kilometres away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

Surroundings
On the picturesque Mediterranean coast, the city of Jávea is a pleasant place that delights visitors of the Costa Blanca with its beautiful marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sports activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf, tennis and even hiking to Montgó. The sea is of great importance in Jávea, and many of its excellent restaurants make the most of their location by serving fish dishes prepared by experts with the best catches of the day.
