It is perfectly situated in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, just a 5-minute walk from the rocky beach of Montañar I, and close to all services such as bars, restaurants and activities.

Accommodation
This spacious and bright apartment, fully equipped, has 131 m² and capacity for up to 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of them a toilet), distributed over three floors, offering comfort and space for long stays or family holidays.

Upon entering the property from the street, we find a spacious entrance terrace, with an outdoor dining area and a built-in barbecue (charcoal or wood), perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
