This attractive and bright apartment, carefully decorated, has 119 m² and is divided into 3 levels. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet and capacity to accommodate up to 8 people.
On the main floor is a stylish living-dining room with two sofas, free WiFi, Smart TV and double doors that open to a beautiful terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. The semi-open concept living room has a wooden dining table that communicates with the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer and plates and bowls. The kitchen has an exit to another terrace from which the common areas are directly accessed. On this floor there is also a practical toilet.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the two upper floors. The second floor offers a full bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with bunk beds and another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Finally, on the top floor are the last two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and another bedroom with two single beds, both with access to a solarium terrace.

Sunny Deluxe Duplex Arenal Park II Jávea: spectacular recently renovated duplex apartment with high-quality materials, modern design and all amenities. It features two private terraces, solarium, air conditioning throughout the accommodation and high-speed wifi. Located in the prestigious Arenal Park II urbanisation, just 300 m from Arenal Beach, it offers community pools, gardens, sports courts and an ideal environment for families.

This spacious 125 m² duplex offers space, design and comfort for up to 8 people. Distributed over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two private terraces. It has been recently renovated with excellent qualities and a current, functional and carefully designed decoration.
On the main floor there are three bedrooms: one with a 140x200 bed and two with double beds of 160x200, all with ceiling fans and wardrobes.
