Every month a different accommodation, so we rent 5 to 6 accommodations per year and have some experience. This is the best, most beautiful, most complete and quietest apartment we have rented. It is almost new and very strategically located. The furnishings are of good quality. Well equipped kitchen. Nice big garden with sun in the morning, afternoon and evening. Comfortable bed, even for a person of 1m92. We will definitely come back!

1. In the apartment we missed a folder with practical instructions which key is for which door, how do the doors of the parking garage work, what is the wifi code, what is the telephone number of the doctor/dentist, hosee more

In the apartment we missed a folder with practical instructions which key is for which door, how do the doors of the parking garage work, what is the wifi code, what is the telephone number of the doctor/dentist, how does the heating/AC work, instructions for using the (apparently German) washing machine, ... All practical matters that we now had to figure out ourselves. It is not a real problem, but it would be useful if there is such a folder. 2. On the terrace you can suffer from the wind. On the east side of the terrace there is a beautiful glass accordion wind screen. Unfortunately, it was open and locked. The key could not be found anywhere. I should have asked for it. |

Había muy poca iluminación sobretodo en la zona de la cocina. Estaría bien tambien tener acceso a alguna plataforma para la tv. Y una cafetera Nespresso, seria mucho mas cómoda

Pros Absolutely stunning appt. Really modern, spacious and well presented. The pool is outstanding. The location is great as its a five minute walk to the old town (go to the market on Thursday if you get the chance) and 20 minutes to the port. Both see more

Javea is such a beautiful town, we'll definitely be returning. Negatives Parking is hard, I scraped the car as the space is so incredibly tight. Be prepared for some confusion at check-in, I'd highly recommend the hosts improve their instructionseven welcome the guests into the appt. And I'd also provide more for the guests at check in, maybe some coffeewater. Its such a low cost gift that makes a huge difference when checking in.
